We had such a fun time at the Princess lunch. The princesses were sweet, accessible to all of the kids, and did wonderful activities with the kids. Our daughter had so much and we look forward to attending a future princess event.

What can I expect from the event? The Grandest Princess Ball Ever at Carmine’s brings magic to life with singing, dancing, games, and delightful desserts. Children will meet beloved royals, creating unforgettable fairytale memories. Don’t miss it!
Where is the experience located?

Carmine's - Times Square - 200 W 44th St, New York, NY 10036

This experience is held indoors in the Frank Sinatra room.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last? The experience lasts 1 hour and 45 minutes
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase? Served family-style dessert will be included in your ticket admission. Any other beverages are available for purchase. Please note that there won't be gluten-free or vegan options.
Is there parking available?

Parking Garages are available.  This is an easy and frequent stop for mass transit options.

Carmine's will validate parking from Edison Parkfast, 332 W 44th St (RIGHT SIDE ONLY) $20 up to 4 hours reimbursed. Just bring your parking ticket to the Carmine’s host stand! Other parking garages are nearby, but validation is not offered.
Will there be additional sessions? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be more sessions available. Don’t miss your chance and buy your tickets now.
Is there a dress code? As this is an immersive experience, we encourage you to dress up,  but most children dress as princes or princesses. There's no set dress code, so if you don't want to dress up, a casual look will be fine.
Will there be interaction with the performers? This is an immersive experience with a tremendous amount of magical interactive moments for your child and their favorite princesses.

About tickets

Where can I get tickets?
Can I purchase tickets at the door? We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket? You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed? This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&C.

About access to the event

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 15 minutes.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed? Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible? The venue is fully accessible via ramps and an elevator to the second floor.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? No outside food or beverages, no weapons, no smoking or vaping.
Do you offer carer tickets?

Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here.

Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based on availability).

Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people? We are happy to confirm that people with visual or hearing impairments will be able to enjoy this experience.
Will there be strobe lights? This experience will not have strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition? This is a seated experience, so seating will be available for every guest.
Will restrooms be available on site? This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience? Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
